"I really enjoyed the training days! Eva is an excellent listener with an open mind, heart and determination. I find it impressive how she stays alert and can steer conversations constructively, especially after long and intensive days."
"A TEN. I think Eva Rutten was a perfect fit for our diverse group. With humour, enough self-deprecation and body language, she managed to reach and engage me. Everyone was actively encouraged and received, in her own way, sufficient motivation to participate. Her role in guiding the other 'flying-in' trainers was also handled very pleasantly, so there was no awkward gap — they complemented each other well. I am grateful to Eva Rutten for creating such a wonderful group dynamic."
A board chair, after I had coached his team: "You are professional, direct and warm."
"Expert, well-informed, able to convey content clearly, approachable, accessible, doesn't take herself too seriously, open, sharp — she is able to create a positive and trusted environment."
"Eva strikes me as: Authentic. Engaged. Strong knowledge of theory. Down to earth. Respectful. Disarming. Able to connect theory to practice, partly because she has worked in practice for so long."
"Fantastic, able to cater to the group but also to the individual."
"Very committed, knowledgeable, open, putting heart in her work, helpful."
I am proud to be listed in the SER Top Women database.
Personal
Married to my greatest love Pieter, my secure base, who challenges me and also lets me be who I am. Proud to be the mother of Joost (2001) — an authentic, socially conscious man.
When I'm not working, I spend time with friends, cooking, playing games, going to concerts or costume parties. I also love being in the eastern part of the Netherlands, in nature, for peace and quiet — and I enjoy driving the tractor.
My most important values are: Love, friendship, independence, development, justice and decisiveness.
